The Lindley Group expands the floating infrastructures of several ports with concrete pontoons

Almarin, as representative in Spain of the manufacturer Lindley, is in the process of producing and installing more than 300 linear meters of concrete pontoons for projects promoted by the Public Ports Agency of Andalusia (APPA), Portos de Galicia and different yacht clubs private companies in the country with the aim of expanding their berthing facilities. This type of pontoons are characterized by their great robustness, stability, overload capacity and minimal maintenance.
Among the main projects, the improvement of the fishermen's area in the Chipiona Fishing Port stands out, promoted by APPA, with the installation of a total of 160 meters of concrete pontoons and their respective fingers, as well as a new 10-meter-long pontoon length in the fish market area. Almarin has also been awarded for the supply of a 40 meter long floating concrete breakwater to be installed in the Port of Aguete, in the Ría de Pontevedra.
The manufacturer Lindley is one of the reference companies in the field of marina construction in Portugal, as well as internationally with the creation of emblematic marinas such as Marina de Glória and the Volvo Ocean Race base in Itajaí (Brazil) . Lindley has manufactured and installed more than 12,000 linear meters of concrete pontoons and attenuators in the last 25 years.
