The Lightguard AIS unit for marine aids to navigation is a very low consumption and reliable AIS AtoN. It is available in Type 1 and Type 3, and has a built-in GPS antenna. This equipment allows obtaining real-time information on the status of a lantern and transmits the information through message 21 to vessels equipped with an ECDIS and within the VHF range of the aid. It is programmable via USB, which highlights its easy use, and is equipped with a power supply cable and various fixing supports.
